Welcome to Lion Studios Brazil! Our augmented reality products and educational games provide access to educational content according to BNNC, from Kindergarten through High School. These Terms govern your use of all Lion Studios services.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By using Lion Studios services, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use our products.
The Lion Studios company that is providing services to you and with whom you are entering into this agreement is independent of the country in which you start subscribing to the service.

Shopping in app stores

PURCHASE TERM
Cancellation of purchase
To cancel the purchase due to regret, the following conditions must be observed: the deadline to cancel the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of payment, to request the cancellation of the purchase due to regret with our company's service department through the email suportelionstudios@gmail.com
Cancellation of Access key
When Lion Studios receives the purchase cancellation request by email, it will immediately cancel the user's access key, and confirmation of receipt will be sent to the user by email.
Reimbursement of canceled order amounts
Lion Studios will reimburse 95% of the amount paid, due to taxes that are already deducted in the transaction, will be using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process: for purchases with a credit card, the card company will be notified and the refund will occur on the next invoice or on the at once, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement term depends on the card company. in purchases paid by bank slip or debit account, the refund will be made by bank transfer, within 30 (thirty) business days, only in the checking account of the registered user at the time of purchase.
